AURA started as an extension of my work in the beauty industry. I’ve been a makeup artist and hairstylist since 2018, when I opened my first salon and began looking for ways to offer services that felt a little more elevated and less expected.
At the time, spray tanning wasn’t widely available in Moncton. There was only one other option in the city, which led me to train with NUDA in Toronto and begin offering spray tans in my space.
As the industry grew, more artists began offering the same product line without proper training, and the results became inconsistent. I knew I wanted something more controlled, more reliable, and more reflective of my standards, so in 2020, I developed my own solution and built AURA as its own brand.
In 2021, I transitioned fully into mobile services after closing my salon. That shift allowed me to create a more streamlined, convenient experience for clients, without sacrificing quality.
Today, AURA is built around one carefully developed solution that adapts to each client’s skin chemistry. Even though the formula is consistent, the results are always customized, developing differently based on your skin’s natural pH.
I am a makeup artist and hairstylist by trade on top of offering mobile spray tans. I also offer business brainstorming sessions for small businesses who are in a rut with their business plan, socials or systems and processes. I offer content creation and branding photoshoots.
